Why Highbay Exists.
Most video production companies will show up, point a camera at whatever you ask them to, hand you something that looks nice, and call it a day. Whether it actually helps your business get customers isn't really their problem.
We built Highbay because we got tired of watching that happen. One of us owns and operates businesses outside of video production. We know what it costs to run ads. We know what it costs to generate a lead. We know what it feels like when you spend money on creative that doesn't do anything.
The other half of this company is exceptionally strong in production — creative concepts, shooting, editing, and content that actually gets watched. Not just content that exists.
Together, we bring something most video companies don't have: business thinking combined with real creative execution. We're not here to make pretty videos. We're here to make videos that make your phone ring.
How We Operate
We'll tell you when your idea sucks.
If you come to us with a concept that isn't going to work, we're not going to shoot it just because you asked. That's not a service — that's a waste of your money. We'll tell you what we think, explain why, and come back with something better.
We care about results, not reels.
We're not trying to win filmmaking awards. We're trying to help you get customers. A video that looks beautiful and doesn't generate a single lead is a failure. We measure success the same way you do.
We work alongside your team.
We don't manage your advertising. We create the video creative and work alongside your marketing team, your agency, or your media buyer. We do our part well so they can do theirs.
We're selective on purpose.
We deliberately limit the number of businesses we work with. Not because we're too busy — because doing this right takes time and attention. We'd rather do fewer things well than take every job that comes through the door.

We're based in Ruskin, Florida and the Philadelphia area. We serve businesses within 50 miles of both cities — shooting on-location at your job site, your trucks, your crew, your work. That's where the real content is.
